A small update for you.

I started building the engine last week but didn’t get that far as I found one of the pistons had a small amount of damage on it, so I’m now waiting for a replacement from Mahle to arrive.

Anyway, I managed to clean the block along with checking the main and big end bearing clearances which were both spot on. More updates asap.

Block plateau honed and skimmed.
